For this project, I collaborated with Castorama, a major hypermarket chain under the British retailer Kingfisher, to create a series of hand-drawn illustrations for their gift card holders.
The concept required a sketch-style pencil drawing with soft pastel coloring, maintaining a balance between detail and lightness. Since the gift card itself would feature a photograph and be placed in the center, the focus of the illustration was on the surrounding composition, ensuring a seamless integration between the printed image and the artwork.
The hand-drawn illustrations seamlessly complemented the photography, creating a refined and cohesive look for the gift cards.
